I believe IP is better for breaking emperiums.

Sinx Crit is better for breaking guardian stones/gates in WoE 2.0

Ideally you would use a assassin elite dagger with thana, aby knight, desert wolf cards with cursed waters to break emp.

IP is the best for breaking emp I feel. But that is for a pure breaker build tho. SinxCrit is more of a hybrid, to break and Pvp in Woe.

I stil l feel IP dps, (Double Attack) owns SinxCrit anytime of the day.
