New Tags.

So basically adding either

[Active] or

[inactive] to the title of a guilds recruitment page would help new players recognize which guilds are active and which aren't.

Starting to sort out all guild's tags right now,and going to pin this as well.

PS. If i put the wrong tag for your guild let me know and i'll fix it.
