Step 1: Click the windows icon(Start) at the bottom left of your screen. Step 2: Type cmd in the search bar. Step 3: Type ping forsakenserver.net or any other game-server/website, an average in ms (Milliseconds) should come up, and that's your ping. Hope this helps.
