Example: A Team Last Man Standing could be a replacement for Annihilation Event as a reimbursement. Prize / Reward: 10 - 15 Event Tokens. Term & Period: On regular Annihilation days and time. Example: Thursday & Friday Evening ( 7 or 8 PM Servertime). Schedule of confirmed Events: Monday - European War of Emperium Tuesday - Guild vs. Guild Wednesday - American War of Emperium Thursday - Team Last Man Standing Friday - Asian/European War of Emperium & Team Last Man Standing Saturday - American War of Emperium Sunday - Guild vs. Guild Conclusion: Reward and Event can be discussed. rasko Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 My only issue with these events is I'm no where near geared enough to last the first 10 seconds. It kind of deters new members and people coming back from a break, the economy is pretty much fucked, the rich people stay rich and the poor people have to grind and grind and grind just to make a dime and half a chance even in ND pvp. We need more events that aren't gear focused. Just my two-cents of course.

I've been working my ass off and getting tokens faster than most and all I have is an Fhelm, my elite set and one kiel card, I'm not saying this is a bad idea at all, I just think more focus needs to be brought into encouraging new players (and old players) to come to the server without feeling like it's a pointless grindfest. I mean 2 years ago I did tons of WoE, I was in 15 that we won a castle and 5-7 that we didn't win and I never saw anything other than ygg tickets as compensation. Now that there are less players my chances of getting better gear has certainly risen but it still seems like the server is a ghost of what it used to be. I mean, tons of people would get on every day just to hocus pocus spawn mvps.

And back to the point: A Game Master is supposed to choose his/her Team. So, it depends on the GMs to choose a fair and equivalent Team, not us. I don't need to recall the TLMS rules. These Events has established and won't be discussed any further.

However, it's going to take some time to implement because it involves a lot of customizations, so this could be a good alternative in the meantime. I just want to make sure though that this event would not give Annihilation tokens, correct? Only event tokens?

And it is just a meantime "replacement" just to not let the players hang around with nothing. I don't really care, because I have never participated Annihilation Events. Decode Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 I find this a good idea for the meantime, and we could make LTS like a mandatory event for a while plus give it a buff on the amount of tokens that are given away to each player as a reward. I +1 this suggestion.

The prize would be event tokens and not any special annihilation tokens or anything so when a new permanent event is selected the tokens will be transferred to whatever that event is.
