Also, try wearing your previous hat you made before talking to the NPC. If none of those is right, mind posting a ticket in our ticket system? And if it's possible, can you provide the screenshots of you wearing the previous hat + showing that you have all the required items + please be sure you're on the character on which you've done previous parts.
