TensaZangetsu Posted June 23, 2011 Report Posted June 23, 2011 this card shouldn't work on champ, because early today i was dueling Dragon's Fury and some where between 5th to 10th asura I'm dead and i duel him like 4x and there is no way getting around that...
supream Posted June 23, 2011 Report Posted June 23, 2011 double devs! thats what i do when people try to copy me.
supream Posted June 24, 2011 Report Posted June 24, 2011 actually to give credit where credit is due, beil started this.
TensaZangetsu Posted June 24, 2011 Author Report Posted June 24, 2011 Double Devi = faster DEATH! TSS or TSS THANA!!
Halion Posted June 24, 2011 Report Posted June 24, 2011 wear expert ring with the "anti sniping" prefix of a monster i forgot, it gives autopneuma :p
TensaZangetsu Posted June 25, 2011 Author Report Posted June 25, 2011 i know what your talking about but that aint effective, they'll just palm push strike
supream Posted June 25, 2011 Report Posted June 25, 2011 Double Devi = faster DEATH! TSS or TSS THANA!!thana dosent work on champions, well not the normal way.
TensaZangetsu Posted June 26, 2011 Author Report Posted June 26, 2011 yea its 28%, but you'll still get own if you equip deviling ethier way if you have it on or not.
Halion Posted June 26, 2011 Report Posted June 26, 2011 not everyone uses thana on champ and its dumb to use it because the thana works much better on other jobs like sniper/stalker or even on sinxs why would someone use a champ with thana <.< unles they got thana 2 spare lol
Kittie Posted June 26, 2011 Report Posted June 26, 2011 You don't need 2 thanas to use one on your champ...just decard it and put it on your dorcus, and then your soaring bow when you switch. Unless you're doing one of those Abobo things...
Seraphine Posted June 26, 2011 Report Posted June 26, 2011 @ Gordex ~ Watch what your saying to other players be nice you don't have to say "Stfu" and quit trying to boost your ego in your posts this isn't the place to do that. 1
Horizon Posted June 27, 2011 Report Posted June 27, 2011 wear expert ring with the "anti sniping" prefix of a monster i forgot, it gives autopneuma :p Uhm, I think Wikebine Tres card or whatever, the thief in lhz_dun02 gives the prefix I'm sure.
Mr. Masochist Posted June 27, 2011 Report Posted June 27, 2011 please halion, next time, STFU MAN! the owl baron is our secret noob x_x and dont copy me, im the best I've been using it on champ since 2008. the card is fine, just wear devs or reflect them when you get lexed.
ramonjordan Posted June 30, 2011 Report Posted June 30, 2011 I tried to do that lex thing a long time ago but i never got it to work for me lol its part of the game its called strategy! if it really is that much of a problem bring down the probability of it casting. :> oh and hi mike
Kittie Posted June 30, 2011 Report Posted June 30, 2011 This just doesn't seem that common among champs - I've never actually seen it used. But I do like the suggestion of going reflect once you get lexed. It's almost instinct to switch to OL once we get stone cursed, so switching once we get lexed is easy enough. I don't think it needs to be merged - it's a big trade off in terms of better garment cards to opt for a low chance based on luck of Lexington the opponent.
TensaZangetsu Posted July 3, 2011 Author Report Posted July 3, 2011 well that's a bad trade off, that's a guaranteed win for champ so only solution is OL which I highly doubt it will kill the champ and even if it does you die to which sucks.
Kittie Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 Going OL usually kills the champ since they are going full asura, not double fbh. They aren't quick enough to switch, IMO. Playing champion became so mindless recently, no one even bothers to tss lately.
L2Aim Posted July 6, 2011 Report Posted July 6, 2011 Ifrit rings also provides Lex Aetherna and that's been used by quite some players in the past too, it can be countered with the previously mentioned OLs (at least you won't die alone), full reduction gears or absorb spheres and run a little so they'll TSS to stop you and thus removing the lex.
Veracity Posted October 3, 2011 Report Posted October 3, 2011 This isn't really a necessary change and hasn't gained enough support from players. People have already mentioned ways you can counter this as well. - Rejected -
