Veracity Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 Are you sure she entered her email in correctly? Also, did she check her spam/junk email section? Sometimes the confirmation email can be placed in there.
Mint Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 Sometimes it's taken a while for the Activation email to come through for me. Maybe it's the same in this case.The account has been created as it's in the new member's list under the "View new content" section.
