Black Velvet Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 Hello, I am new and I donated for 7$ worth of Donation Tickets and since I'm new, I asked some fellow players about where I could redeem them. And what I heard most from these players were "wait" or "go see a GM and he/she will give them to you". Only problem, every time I went online, I looked for a GM and called for them, @request'd probably too many times, almost sleepet in the GM room, and I've seen ZERO online, so I stuck to the secondchoice I had, and that was to wait. And wait I did, I waited 5-6 days now and nothing happened so I'm here and asking for your help. What can I to to reedem them? How much longer do I have to wait? Thank you

Veracity Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 Only the administrators give out donations. They'll log on to your account and give you the item(s) you donated for (usually in your storage). Also, be sure to send an email to [email protected] with your name, the amount you donated, your in game account (not the password though!), and what you donated for if you haven't already. One of them will help you as soon as possible, we apologize for the delay. 1
