Where To Get Kafra Hairband?

Hi guys, just want to know where to get this Kafra hair band? I saw someone wearing it and asked if it were a donation item and she said that I can buy it from the Helms NPC. I tried looking there though but only the other type headband was sold (flower hairband or something). I also checked the quests for headgear but it's also not there. Also tried hunting mobs that supposedly dropped it and got nothing. So is it donation? Or am i missing something here? ><;

Oh, go to the Fcity Warrior Lounge / fcity 30 173 , then go up 1/2x, then find a NPC name " Helms " ( Left side ) then buy a headgear called " Flower band ( Kafra band, same thing, just diff name ) ".

Eeek, thanks for the reply! I think I got confused with the headgear =_=. You're absolutely right, she's wearing a flower hair band and just had some tiny red ribbons on as well so I thought she was wearing the Kafra hairband.

I was actually asking for this item instead... is it available on fRO? ><;;

If it's not available through quests/drops ingame you can usually donate for headgears, $5 a pop as long as you know the iid and it's in the database.
