Unlocking Hall Of Fame Topic

My suggestion is to unlock "Hall of Fame!" topic. I want to discuss and post things with our community on the forums about stuff that is related to the Hall of Fame / PvP Ladder winners. It was one of the topic that was active and people make posts there almost everyday when it was opened. I think it would be kind of interesting for us to take a look at what they have say about PvP ladder since the event is active for people to rank every 2 weeks and we PvP in PvP room. If you disagree, there's no need to be disrespectful. Either Agree or Disagree and give a specific reasons why.

I agree. Idk why it was closed in the first place. It kept gm's in the loop if they wern't watching ladder let them know they better be watching and to watch who. Also just good place to boast if you win like a pro "no gang"

Yes I agree to this, too. More discussion about ladder might increase the attendance for it. I think it was closed due to flaming or fights or w/e, at least that's what I can imagine.

It was closed because people weren't mature enough to handle a serious topic and resorted to flame wars and accusations .

If we show the better side of this community then yes I agree to unlocking the topic as long as the idiots don't screw it over for the rest of us.

There would somehow be people out there who couldn't keep comments

to themselves, things get uptight and personal, words war flying everywhere,

flames ignited, and sarcasm at it's best,

which was why this topic was locked in the first place.

However, considering there would be extensive discussions about the new laddering policy

and that this topic has been closed down for a long long time, giving it a chance of revival

wouldn't be so bad IMO, with stringent regulations to be created to ensure

that this topic sticks to its original purpose of creation, that is to discuss anything

related to laddering, and strictly just that.

So yes, I would agree to this to a certain extent.

lol, but on a serious note i don't see why not. ladder drama from then seems to have calmed down quite a bit

The topic was closed because people would act immaturely in the topic. Also, players would post proof of others cheating in the topic. Thus, removing the anonymity of reporting another player. If players can post a reasonable reason as to why they would need to post something on the topic, I suppose we could reopen it.

We will unlock this topic on two conditions. First, people do not try to report players they believe are cheating. Second, that people do not complain when the ladder will be updated, etc. If people start doing either of those again, we will just close the topic and will not consider reopening it.
