I've checked the Forum and there's no sign of Cold Bolt skill. It might help me if you guys put the effect of that dagger . Please. ^_^

Lvl 5 cold bolT The right description is: Forsaken Creator Dagger[4] Increase damage on DemiHuman enemies by 5%.
