Two Silly Suggestions

Ok now the point of this post revolves around 2 scenarios.

Im not going to say that these suggestions are important, but may be appreciated by some.

Scenario 1 :

Your on your professor. Your havin' fun dancin' round with your big stick/book in your hand and your casting Abracadabra/Hocuspocus.

Your thinkin' , "Yeah ill get '????' for sure this time !" and then ... BOOOMOASAGDUGGSSSHSHSGSHSGHSGGS " MENTAL STRENGTH !!".

Now assuming your by yourself, your first expression would be .. F**k !

an the second thing that comes to mind is, I NEED TO DIE.

So you warp to for fild and ask a probably not needed to be asked question..

"Sumone kill me please ?"

Suggestion : implement an npc in a specific area, ideal for mvping. So Profs can gather and hocuspocus to their hearts content, and can dispell them selves if needed,

Via the npc.

So :

• NPC in a clearish MVPing spot
• This npc dispells
• Profs hocus pocusing can dispell themselves.

What people will say : "Just get another prof to dispell you" - "Walk around with edps" - "Warp to that spot in that dungeon with the pit that kills you"

True but i dont know..

Scenario 2 :

guy : "hey mr white smith whats up? i jsut wanted to say that last night...." (Your armor has been taken off)

guy : "not cool ..."

Suggestion : maybe a fix npc in a more convenient location, like f city, or in each save area..

Those suggestions arent stupid at all.

Suggestion 1: This is a great suggestion for MVPing :) The dispelling NPC could be useful for stalkers too, when they got preserve on but want to get a new skill.

Suggestion 2: A fix NPC in fcity sure is convenient, but not sure if it's so needed. Just macro the warp to the one in prontera. Thats how I do it.

So, for now I agree with the first suggestion!

When I go hocus pocusing I have an alt account prof to dispel/mind break me or as Somdara said I eat a poison bottle :P.

The thought of a specific mvp spawning map does intrigue me though...

What Som said for 1, well that's what I do. Rofl. Got Yellow Gems, Dead Branches, and Poison Bottles (or a warp to a death pit in ayo_dun01, or to moc_fild22 where those bloody Valkyries dispell you.)

For 2, most people just have a shortcut to the repairman at Prontera, we used to have a fixer I'm not really sure what happened to it... plus it was put into an unwarpable map so it didn't really help.

this is not about time but Take more time warping to fcity and going to the npc for dispell and back v/s eat a deadly potion and back.

I suggested the npc to be in a specific mvp spawning area.... not fcity..

Have alot of yellow gemstones. Cast Hocus Pocus skill. Put dead branches in hotkey. Use it after you get ???? so the monster don't annoy you while casting. Carry yggs for when you receive coma or low sp when casting the skill, eat edp and die when you're on mental crack. (: Less time wasting than warping to get dispell from NPC or asking people to keeeel ya.

no man if im not wrong there was a map with some cages where profs used to spawn mvps there and many others used to, also since there was a good number of profesors, they used to dispell each other and while they alted snipers to kill their own mvps on those cages but gms forbid the warp to that map for some reason!

the mvping spot thing was suggested a long time ago and was rejected. coz well, people were all chatting, "its not a necessity"

May not be on the high priority list, but an MVP map with some kind of NPC (healer, dispeller, w/e) is not a bad idea in my opinion.

^What he said, also ppl can abuse it once they found it, like ur on a last min breakin but u got Dec Agi/Slow Grace and you will have to do something to do w/ it. so yeah. :3

Ppl abused Mvpin in tat map. =]

Since the people who doesn't know that map, will have to sacrifice their hard work,ygg and time to find the mvp while the one who know that map can just mvpin peacefully. :\

i like the second part, but even if no new npc was made or it wasnt moved or anything

Oooh that's a good idea with the no-chat part for the repair npc. We dont need to hear from the npc that some of our stuff is broken lol we just want it fixed asap <.<

Yes I agree with this one too. This will save us alot of time. Fixing what needs to be fixed without prompt unless if you dont have the requirements like not enough zenny.

In RMS says MVP room= no

if people who finds the server in rms and see there is MVP room they will be like "oh this easy" then when they get int, "wtf i have to use prof? gtfo."

Other people have suggested better alternatives such as using an EDP bottle and saving the warp for the NPC in Prontera. We might consider adding in a Repair NPC in fcity, but it wouldn't be anywhere near one of our top priorities.
