[Solved] Patch Problem

So. So far, I've done pretty much everything i can do. I'm running the launcher, and the launcher prompts that "patch59.gpf is not a GPF or RGZ file, try later."

Yes, it dl's it for a little little bit, but then is just stuck. I'm running Windows 7, but I've set the launcher to run on XP Service pack 2, I run it as administrator, I've reinstalled the whole fRO twice, and I've tried the halloween patch thingy twice. Nothing seems to help. The current patch file I'm stuck at came after halloween patch, before that it was patch58.gpf.

Help?

EDIT: I also checked that it doesn't overlap with another private server I have, HeRO. What would be the problem, then.

EDIT2: Also tried deleting the patch info thingy and repatching, no luck here neither.
