I was wondering if Drooping Ninetail (or Drooping Nine Tail), Purple Cowboy Hat and Captain's Hat are available on Forsaken?

If they are, are they obtained through donations, voting or quests?

All 3 hats are available within our server through donation. They are classified as unreleased headgears and each costs $5 dollars USD via donation. To donate, click here.
