Current asura champions had to figure out how to get around reflected damage. If a player has enough experience to obtain and use the Strike Eagle they should be able to learn how it use it properly. If you're worried that Priests with the weapon would be made useless against reflect builds I would say that it is negligible because anyone willing to invest time and coupons learning how to use a Priest will learn how to avoid dying from this. I understand what you're saying, but I doubt the people using the weapon would be inexperienced enough to be defenseless against reflect builds.
