May i point out that Anime grrls arent sexual TOYS? It is just a better cartoon medium than american or australian cartoons. Also, i have already explained the differences in what would be considerd sexual in terms of Anime, but in case you didnt bother reading the previous posts by myself and few others, the classification of Anime is thusly:

Anime: Basic and general cutsey stuff.

Ecchi: A bit of above and a bit of below.

Hentai: Anything and everything sexual, from couples to Tentacles (This is where your referring to, so i would appreciate it if you got it right and used the right terminoligy, k?).

I sugest changing the titles of trainee and elder and all that....from what ive seen, some people with the "elder" title act like little kids and idiots>.>
