I don't really get the hair sprite & the flying particles (or whatever that's supposed to be) look a little 'hard' & edgy; other than that it looks good.

The hair sprite was made by me and of course it looks ugly(as usual) /heh.

I tried to make it look closer to Tsuna's hair... /heh

I like the background, as well as, the name. The only thing that bothers me is that the character may have too much accessory on him, that's my opinion. I think it would be interesting to see the "Dying Will Flame" to be moving (as in the picture you provided us) in the picture and that the people may like it. I think the hair just makes it look to much on the character. Overall, I'll give you.. 7/10. (: But I really like how you tried! :D

It's just the sprite that needs a little tweaking. The flames are a bit distracting from the actual sprite. You should experiment with different poses where the fists are away from his face. And the flames could use more work.. less red would probably look better.
