At Forsaken City or @go 25, you should go left and then go up. the Forsaken RO mall should be up at North West Corner Of the Map.

A fcity go left then go up and there are 3 portals go in any then if you want books then go the other portal if you want equips then go to the up portal the portal with books it the right and if you want ab bottles and things talk to the Old lady with the glasses with green hair.
