So uh I vote for rue because theirs looks well thought out and very nice . It also looks like they planned what they were doing, and plus it was hand-drawn as they said they posted it /pif . Appie Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 I'm going to vote for [ 2 ] Lenneth Celie. Her interpretation of Aries and Libra are really cute and unique in style. She seemed to have put a lot of thought into the design and flow of the image. Even though it's two different signs they work well together in the image making it over-all pleasant to look at.

The hair I also like because hair showing how emotional a Pisces's can be. Water carries every emtion compared to it's counterparts.
Alley Posted April 18, 2010 Report Posted April 18, 2010 [ 7 ] Icon he really captures the sign in the stars as well as useing a RO monster which is very amazing alinement(fail spelling) The placement of every thing was very well balance and dose not over run the photo and is very simple yet very effectibve in showing the sign clearly i think thats 2 or more O_O?

Adum* Posted April 18, 2010 Report Posted April 18, 2010 Vote goes to [3] Appie. The signature is very relaxing, there is no sort of pressure that you feel when look at it. The stars underneath the Pieces seems to show how zodiacs are -laying down on stars, showing themselves to people. The hair also (like Lenneth mentioned), fits perfectly to the idea of tranquility.

I also like the smaller Scorpion asking for the stars' love, it's like it's asking for love from something that's out of this world.

I like how he chose to use the constellation in the piece, rather than the personified/animalistic? version. The animation is also well done. I love the idea of the little scorpion trying to woo the stars.

Ethereal Posted April 19, 2010 Author Report Posted April 19, 2010 ^ Vote doesn't count. My vote goes towards Icon as well; the entry itself has an amazing amount of creativity. The entry embraces the theme of the Zodiac, and it does it very well. I love how the entry combines both the Zodiac and an RO monster- something that I wasn't expected. The animations are very well done, and the entry overall has a very calm feel to it. The resources were used extremely wisely as well. Closed and new topic will be up shortly.
