Vote Rewards

I was wondering if vote rewards were account share-able, such as I can put them in my storage and use them on another character in the same account. I already know that they can't be traded.\

Also, is there a required level to be able to equip them?

Well is there a req. level? I have a Fallen Ghost Aura and it says requires level 100 but I can't equip it on my level 105 Ninja. Why?

for some reason, even it says 100.. it only works once you reach 150

For my opinion , if the vote item going to be trade able, its really a bad idea because if it can be trade people just going to buy it instead vote for it ... isnt it bad?So what do you think guys?

You're right emir, but you missed what he said. He was just asking if he can storage the item and transfer it on another character on a same account.
