If you have any questions regarding about the game, you can ask a technical questions in the " Support Section " or if you have any questions in general like builds, cards, classes, maps, and etc etc etc in the " Discussions section ". If you want to ask a GM personally in the game, you just type @request " your questions " depends on the time or if a GM is online at that time. Good luck and I wish you all the best in the game

I think Edelweiss told everything what you should know. :] For questions you can use Ticket System [the button for it can be found in top of the forum], if you want to talk about your problems with GMs only and no one of them is online in game at that time.
