Terroryst Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 I'm going with entry 8, Kittie's. The colors all blend really well. When I look at it it reminds me of an old Japanese-styled painting, especially around the bottom right edges of the Pokemon where the brush strokes begin to fade out.
xBiscuit Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 My IGN is Skytop. And, I'm voting for number 8 too. The colors really blend well with the color of the Pokemon. The font is well placed and fits perfectly with the signature. I also agree with Jay, it does remind me of a Japanese painting.

nines Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 Im going to vote for #7 Skyerines. Her c4ds are amazingly used, the background is beautiful and fits dragonaire perfectly. She put her ro graphic in there making it a more fitting signature for the forums. Has a nice outer glow, and the flowers are very prettyful :O

Cirrus Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 ^ Lol that won't count. When I think of Pokemon, I think back to the first Pokemon game I played back in the day. Pokemon Yellow, with of course, the lovable Pikachu. Voting for #5. It's simple, the colors are almost similar to that of the "classic" Pokemon (even from the first TV series), and it makes me reminisce of the days of the first versions. Even if 6, 7, and 8 are very beautifully made (and made it very hard to choose), 5 just captures the feel, at least for me, of how Pokemon was at the beginning. Nice idea. Also a random thought, Surfing Pikachu ftw.

Post #2: That kind of reason will not count; so I highly suggest you add a valid reason; not jsut because you pity him. Post #3: This vote will not count unless you add more detail to it. I understand that it's 2 sentences but the reasons seem too broad.

From what I've been getting from a few of the votes is that drawings far exceed digital designs. If you want a drawing of the week, make the competition yourself. Just a reminder.
