Is There An Item Mall Here?

Hi, I have been looking around and I wonder if there is an item mall, or an armor dealer/weapon dealer that sells all the (basic) weapons. I really need one and I'm tired of hunting for simple things, like a mace or a bow.

Walk up the north portal for most of the items.

The NPC in the first room is for Alches.

The portal to the southeast leads to the "Book NPC"
