Most people dont like playing whitesmith because they cant do much once the person use valkyrie card and dispell them. They need to do cartboost again in order for them to use cart termination.

Simply because it can be recasted right away and don't forget dispell is actually an professor skill and changing this would make the professor class even worse than it already is.
