I'll just summarize a few quick ways.

1) Farm zeny and buy donation coupons for 20-25 million per. That guide will tell you the best places to get zeny.

2) Farm some other item, such as elite cards or yggdrasil berries to sell. Again, the guide will cover some of that.

3) MvP and sell the cards.

4) Donate.
