I won't complain or anything but that makes them even harder to kill, especially in reflect build. That works for mage class but not melee, maybe lower it for melee. I assume the mage shoes are for pdodge? But HW don't really go pdodge. Ok, so the general issue is how players obtain these. It looks like these helms would be better than imperials, but unless you're a selfish owner of a castle who hoards the drops, players sometimes have to wait weeks for an imperial, and spend hours participating in woe to get it. So we should really consider that. I don't want to have the fset as being the strongest forever but we can't just throw something OP out there that's better than what we have.
