About Donations...

so I just donated not long ago, but it has been a week or more since and I still haven't received my items

I just figured it was because I did something wrong, or forgot a few steps

the latter, I did (which was to send an e-mail to [email protected])

my suggestion is:

can you please put up I guess clearer instructions on how to donate via paypal and westernunion?

because since the other methods are via mail, I don't really see the need to send some sort of confirmation e-mail

plus, the paypal page lacks any info whatsoever on how to donate lmao

doing that would be much appreciated and probably would make life easier for newbies to the donation system like me xD

again sorry if this topic has already been brought up, I admittedly didn't browse through the topics in this section xP

if its been a week and you havent received your items your not going to be getting them. in order for you to get them u gota send a receipt to geni proving you donated.

Fill up that list with your Credit Card number, name, last name,Expiration date for your card,email, address,etc.

Next,Check you e-mail on yahoo or whatever you have. Make a new letter To:[email protected]

Username:????????

Amount Spent:$000000000000.00

Donated For:[things you bought on the donation]

also dont forget to include your id transaction number or code.. they check it from that id.trans code..

or you just pm gen about the matter of yours..

No I meant on forums. Relinquish does a lot of donations but unless you catch him when he does them in game you won't ever be able to see him in game. PMing him on forums is better.

for paypal users - paypal sends you an invoice via email whenever you do a succesful purchase so you can just forward that invoice including your username and passowrd to [email protected]

On the suggestion, yes please. It's kinda hard directing newbies to a site that lacks instructions.

On this...it's planned, we just need people to be willing to take screenshots during their donation process and write out instructions. Might be something in it for them, according to Genesis. :) Let someone on the team know if you're interested.
