I dont have any real good equips right now, so sad I dont even have a lower headgear. >< The equips I do have are as followed Upper Headgear: Luigi Hat Mid HEadgear: Sunglasses[1] Lower Headgear: n/a Armor:Tights[1] Weapon:Quadrupole Liberation Composite Bow Garment:Mocking Wool Scarf Shoes:Tidal Shoes of Swift Accessory 1:ND Dex Belt Accessory 2:Bow Thimble[1] Now I know that these equips arent all that impressive. I am already on my way to making another ND Dex Belt, but if you have a better suggestion I am all ears for it. I also know that I need the Forsaken Bow but being as I have been playing for maybe like a week I havent really figured out everything about fRO and I am getting to trying to get all the forsaken equips. But please any suggestions you have would be appreciated for equips and cards I should use. Also here are my stats that I have Str:2+1 Agi:138+28 Vit:64+11 Dex:225+35 Lck:116+20 Int:90+15 Now I cant look at my character cause servers are down but I am pretty sure that these are the stats I have give or take maybe like 10 for them, but its pretty close.

CrossFate Posted February 5, 2010 Author Report Posted February 5, 2010 Alright cool. Yea I usually reset stats anyway when I get the equips so I guess I will take away the int and get more dex. Anything else I shouldnt have on him or just work towards 300 dex?
Tactless Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 too much agi i think, i would work on getting an elite set asap, snipers have huge agi bonus from improve concentration so after you get your dex, i would then make my attack speed 195, also if you don't have sniper armor, i would use sniping suit, i think bow masters drop it in Thor_v03. and for your garment i would use Chung E Card, more crit is nice.

I already picked one up but just forgot and I guess I can grab the Chung E card for more crit. Thanks again for all the help and actually that agi is what I have to have to get to 195 with improve conc and falcon eyes.
Danny Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 I think you should get 2 Bows 1st Bow would consist of - 3 Abysmal Knight + Skeleton Worker 2nd Bow - 3 Abysmal Knight + Minorous(Titan) <--- This should be your default bow when it comes to Mvping. No idea how you got Luigi Hat lol you should get Kobold Hat for 40% more damages. Try to get Dragon Aura ( really cheap ) or something even better, A FBH Aura its a vote item which cost about 50 Vote Coupons. Do the mouthpiece quest too /ok Get the chocolate mouthpiece and carrot mouthpiece. Like Tactless said before, Int is not needed for Snipers. Stats should be like : Dex - 300 Agi - Max Aspd Str - 50 - 80 (Enough to carry berries) Luck - 150 is enough I think Vit - Rest of the points goes here.

His gears are as followed Upper Headgear: +10 Shrewed Luigi Hat[1] Mid Headgear: Dragon Aurora[1] Lower Headgear: +10 Chocolate Mouthpiece[1] Armor: +10 Forsaken Sniper Armor[2] Weapon: +10 Quadruple Liberation Composite Bow[4] Garment: +10 Forsaken Sniper Cloak[2] Boots: +10 Forsaken Sniper Shoes[2] Accessory 1: Non-Donation Dex Belt Accessory 2: Non-Donation Dex Belt I know that I still need the Forsaken Sniper Crossbow and the headgear that gives +40% damage with crossbows, I am working my way to getting though. I am also working my way to getting myself a Mythical Flame Aura as well. What cards should I use though, I am not completely sure other then getting a LK card. Keep that, and hmm. A Maya Purple card doesn't hurt, for the MVPs that do cloak or hide, but perhaps a good one would be 2x Gemini cards on your helm to prevent Stone Curse and to a lesser extent, Sleep. If you can manage, another Vanberk doesn't hurt, and slot in your LK card for the 3rd slot. You have quite a number of choices for armor, and it would depend on your preference. Some use GR to reduce much of neutral damage, but then some MVPs have their attribute attack, which makes GR kinda useless. Some use damage modifiers like Gloom Under Night cards or Ktullanux cards, or use an Undead armor to easily prevent freeze and probably stone curse, I'm not sure. Also I've heard that Shadow armor prevents coma, but again not sure. Overall, it's your call, offensive or defensive, then just decide. For the weapon, some slot a Turtle General card for the Magnum Break effect, some use Valkyrie Randgris for the Dispell (to dispell annoying MVP buffs), some use a Sniper card to combo with an LK card (healing while zerked) or perhaps, a lesser but similar effect, Hunter Fly card. As you only use composite bows, you can probably use triple Abysmal Knight plus a size or element modifer, but if that's too much of a hassle, 4 works just fine. For cloak, if it's +10, try a Chung E card, gives you a lot of Critical bonus which would ultimately be useful. Or you can go defensive again, try Raydric cards or elemental reduction cards, but in MVP-ing, I guess more offensive potential is better than defense, as you can berry or warp back easily anyway. For shoes, some use Amon Ra or better, Dragoon Wizard card, for an automatic Kyrie Eleison buff. If the MVP is demihuman, the MVP card Fallen Bishop Hibram gives quite a huge damage boost as well. For your stats, Those are probably fine, but I suggest getting at least 100 total VIT, to prevent most of the annoying status effects like Curse, or Stun, or Silence, or whatever. In my experience, 100 total VIT does not prevent Sleep, but 100 total INT does. I'm not really sure if that's the exact number, but it works. Not a lot use Sleep anyway, more like I only see Bacsojin do it, but it'll wake you up eventually. Any more questions, a lot of us are willing to help. :]
ramonjordan Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 A Trick i used to use is with Ifrit Rings when you get fury your crit rate goes up and coupled with the vanberk effect you usually get 300 Crit.
