Josef Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 Try looking around fcity :3 Around the right-ish part of the map, there are two npc's Vote Redeemer and Vote Rewards. To get the vote coupons, just talk to the vote redeemer, then talk to the vote rewards npc to pick which item you'd like to get.
