Change Woe Castle For Every 3 Or 4 Months

can we change the WOE castle for 3 or 4 months, so that we can have other emp. auras and rucky also..

But im not sure whats the thing with the new emp colors that no1 is allowed to have em but those that has 1 of the 2 emps that were released of the new colors... If of course those arent banned.
