The spam is actually quite okay when using kiels, it's not like it's that bad. Do remember that this is not one of the wizards main skill and only uses it while other people use gtb which is supposed to COUNTER this class, also gtb card has quite an disadvantage, more mana used with each skill and no usakoring. If you boost this card and the skill too much gtb will have way more disadvantages than advantages.

In other words if you reduce the delay as well, make sure the dmg boost of the skill does not get too large. 25-30% Max. Any higher than that would even overpower the skill.

I agree with this. High wizards are meant to be a magic class, and they have to stay true to that. Stave Crasher's purpose is to help support the wizard if they are in trouble of GTB, so it wasn't meant to be a pure damage skill like TSS.

I still agree that Stave Crasher should have some modifications to it, but not too much of an excessive change.
