Back To Basics.

Alright. So, I started up the game, made a character, yada yada. I did the tutorial, and well...I didn't learn anything. Can anyone explain the basics? I read the wiki and all that and I still haven't learned. >.>

If you type @go 25 and walk a few steps up the stairs, you'll see a job changer.

First off, I would like to understand equiping stuff. Some items are greyed out despite being able to equip them, and some can't be equipped even though I meet requirements. Anyone care to explain?

Also I will once I learn where that is and how to PM and stuff.

You don't have to do the Job Changing quests here like you do in official servers. As you've likely noticed, this is a high-rate private server so we have a Job Changer NPC that upgrades your class for you without prompting you to do any sort of quest.
