the effect of the ixion wings are- must be lvl 70 to use them, 7% chance of boosting your attack for 7 seconds (increased refine increases the chance of occurence), only usable by sniper, one slot

yea but how much is it worth? i have no idea and i have like 4-5 of them.. i know they are rare. because i camp him.
