hey im new here so can anyone tell me how u get wings and helm do u have to donate OR is it quest ... ?

There are wings that you can get through voting (I believe), others are donations but you can buy them off from other players. I don't think there's a quest for wings. Helms, you can do quest, voting and donation(can be bought from other players too). Oh yea, there are also wings that you can get from pvp ladder.

Death Angel actually counts as wings, You can get Ice Wings, with 50 vote Coupons,

And some other helm can be quested but it won't be the same as the Donors Helm/Wings

you can also buy the highest currency in this game,

which is the donation coupon

Price range is up to the players,

but you can become powerful weither or not your a Non-Donor,

Or a Donor.

Which helm gives you 2 slots and can be worn by a sniper? I was hoping the donation Blue Valkyrie Helm would have 2 slots. Also how much and where can I buy or get (if its a quest) a Rune of Power?

I dont like the image of 3d Glasses although it is slotted and has good stat add-ons.

Last inquiry: Slotted Chocolate. Is this a quest? Where do I get one? Is there a slotted romantic flower or any other slotted Mid and Lower Head gears?

The F king helm is the only 2 slot headgear that I know, I believe the cost like 90-95. ROP is a castle drop.

Chocolate mouthgear is a quest. Go look at the guides section. I don't think there's a slotted romantic flower here, would be nice to have it.

ROP isn't a castle drop, and the other 2 slot headgear is the Puppy Santa Hat from Event Rewards. I don't know if the previous Christmas Event Rewards effect would be nuked but we'll see.

It's kk. You can still get a Rucksack or an emp and sell it for a RoP. So unintentionally, you are WoEing for a RoP, just not directly :p
