New Npc

i have an idea about a new npc. one that would exchange zeny for donation coupons and coupons for zeny. since you can buy them from players for an average of about 20mil per why not make an npc that will sell 1 donation coupon for 20mil and trade 20mil for 1 donation coupon? It would be a lot easyer for new players to start makeing money, or for me if im out of zeny just sell a few to the npc for some Brodcasting money. Or if you see something you want in pront vending you can just sell a few coupons. It makes it a verry easy transition between zeny and the coupons.

Let me know what you think but i think its a good idea.
