I know theres a map for merchants thats never used, was just wondering if you could set it up to vend for donation coupons insted of zeny? that way people would have a chance at vending the more expensive items? IDK if its possible or not just thought id ask

Also, you don't have to deal with jerks who try and OP or UP you, it is a set price. Another thing that is good is that people who are Markets(i.e Big Lu, Costco ect.) won't have to waste nearly as much zeny b/cing that they are selling an item. All-in-all, a great idea :P
Apo Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Technically saying, it's impossible to change of vending currency just because you are in a certain map, but a new Vending skill can be completly coded to support Donation Coupon currency instead of zeny. But I doupt it will happen. I'm not a coder myself but let's just say it's eaiser said than done.

I can seriously spend 100mil+ in a day with verry little to show for it. i just sayed use the other map bc no one ever uses it

n i k k o Posted December 5, 2009 Report Posted December 5, 2009 Eco is pretty messed up right now. this is worth a shot. but i get what they say this is way easier said then done. so dont expect a super fast change if they do this then thumbs up its worth it but just remeber if they do this it might upset the balance of the server and the qpons.

But it word most likely require a new skill, or we would need to edit the Vend skill for it to work, which word be challenging, I've seen this on 2 servers, one of them had an option on vend, if you wanted to change it to Event, Donation, etc etc coupons on the Vend skill, and one they had a completely new skill.
