Rune Posted November 15, 2009 Report Posted November 15, 2009 To make a Speed Potion Ticket you'll need to have 100+ Speed Potions then exchange them with the NPC at fcity 85 149. As to how to get them, the Speed Pots, there's a hard way and an easy(by easy read; much less annoying and trouble some)way. Hard way; Picking Pocket quest. Easy Way; Turbo Room.
