CTRL-F and put this in the search bar: [Hello] But I would appreciate it if you read the explanation. hi guize, dis is concerning the Castle Red Boxes and Poison Bottle Tickets. ^_^ As this update (i r link click me) says, the Yggdrasil Red Box from before has changed to a Castle Red Box, which, from 12 Yggdrasil Berry Tickets dropped, got improved to "10 of Yggdrasil Seed, Yggdrasil Berry, and Poison Bottle Tickets." Now, that's a good thing. First issue is the Castle Red Box drops 12 of each of those tickets, contrary to what is said in the update. Yes, 12. Now you would think "tat gud men, moer 4 evri1!!!!1" Yes, it IS good, you can give more to your guildies (or for yourself, in case of solo breakers.) But I'd prefer if it stuck with the update of 10 each. There's a reason why the number is limited. K next. We asked for it, and we got it. Poison Bottle Tickets. It's rly sxc, especially when you run a big guild with a lot of Assassin Crosses, you can supply them will ALL the bottles they need! I like it. But I think the boxes drop too much. I don't know how many berries you can use per minute, but I know it's a lot. Like, a LOT. How many Poison Bottles do you use in a minute? One. 1) It doesn't really get dispelled. 2) Even if you die, it's still there. So how does this sum up. A lot of Poison Bottles are flooding the market (and storages) and thus, ruined the actually very decent market for Poison Bottles. Before the advent of these tickets, both methods of getting Poison Bottles were relatively easy, but tedious. One was farming up at lhz_dun03. One map, lots of competition. Though the rewards were good. 2 Donation Coupons is to 1 Poison Bottle Ticket. Sexy. The other was farming for the ingredients themselves. Not much competition, but more tedious than the first one. Still sexy. I'm not saying we can bring it back to the way it was before. It's almost impossible, if not totally so. Leaders of the biggest guilds can give out PB Tickets and still have thousands in their inventory. Even when I got a castle for 3 days, I got like 200 PB Tickets. It would last me a very very long time. Did I deserve PB Tickets? Yes. Did I deserve that much? I don't think so! Assassin Crosses are the most used character for PvP. I only think it's fair for poorer people to make money off the fact that they use supposedly, one of the less prevalent items in a normal server, which is, Poison Bottles. Granted, before it was easy to get PBs. But now it's like a freebie, at 1 ticket per coupon, sometimes 2 tickets per coupon, or if guild leaders really gave them all out, almost free. [Hello] Enough explanation, more to the suggestion. Make it 15 Seed, 10 Berry, and 5 PB. IMO 5 is still a lot though. Maybe 3. I'm not sure about Seed Tickets. On a side note, Seeds are actually useful too, I wish they were easier to get, and the weight be like 20 or 25, just a little lower than Yggs, not a lot like half. There should be some place like F.Dun where some mobs drop them. I really don't know if leaders give Seed Tickets out, but meh. That's for another time. Kdone, discuss? Flame? Hi! Cirrus Posted October 25, 2009 Author Report Posted October 25, 2009 (edited) As much as those drops sound very appealing, because they are just a few, in fact, and they do help a guild very much, this suggestion is for avoiding more markets ruined by castle drops. Keeping in mind those who cannot join the War of Emperium, and PvP, and as a means for making money, they supply items for the ones using them, i.e. Poison Bottles (used to be), Speed Potions (still quite decent even after Turbo Room changed), Glistening Coat Tickets (not a lot make this, but the few ones who do make money of them as well), and more. While Berries (and Seeds, maybe) are used fast enough (and by everyone) to be provided by the castle and keep people making money off them, this may not be the case with Poison Bottles (as the case right now), FCP Tickets (only used by Creators, although on everyone, duration is long), and Speed Potions (which aren't really needed by some, either.) L2Aim Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 Just berry tickets, let the consumables that are undispelable be farmed by those who need it. Having all these items pop out of a box is ruining the game play for other classes that aren't able to use those consumables. There are more classes than just Assassin Cross or your FCPer who doesn't actually play but just FCPs you to prevent gears from breaking or being stripped. Sadly gears aren't broken by Creators or Whitesmiths and there isn't a flood of Stalkers either, it's Assassin Cross's who have the upper hand still (and also get loaded by Poison Bottles). In all fairness, 15-20 berry tickets and perhaps 1 speed ticket would be enough to draw a fair and straight line. EDP/FCP supposed to be only used during WoE (for emp breaking), here it's the usual consumable, a luxury. Be happy that the current game mechanics made your character's life so easy. I'll not turn this into a rant, but kindly reconsider Poison Bottle and Full Chemical Protection tickets, they're not needed.

Not if people wouldn't be afraid of dropping 1 castle, Prontera is just a last minute castle taken by 1 man guilds who reap the benefit from having so much drops for themselves. 1 less castle, more competition, more consumables being used, I think the 15 tickets would be very well used if you'd have to split it amongst your alliances. And dean, that actually would be something that could be the start of something, but just those 2 items won't be enough then.

A purge would make some people qq. It's like, we're back to where it was before, at 12 Berry Tickets per chest. IMO that was fine as it is.

Less then 1 woe. and 1000 poison bottles, can last me well.. its been 3 months since I broke my 10 PB tix, and I still haven't finish them all.

Seriously I dont find it fair for farmers who work hard to get better items and become more acceptable players, ever since those Drops were included Fro marked the "Rich" people very clearly.

If we keep it, make berries like 10 tickets. Seeds can stay the same if not increased. If PB are gone, 12 Berry, like it used to, or increase, if the majority wants it, (and 15 Seed, if not removing it too.)
