Wacom Cintiq 21 is considered the best, but only if you want to dish out 2k for it. the Cintiq 12 and 21 are both LCD screens you draw on, so it's like you're drawing on real paper. Makes the working time minimal because you don't have to worry about your pen's place, like the Intuos or Bamboo. But if you want a nice tablet with less expense, the Intuos is good enough. Those arts are really great. Do you have a devart account? If not you should get one started :)

Usually, especially with male comic artists, women's boobs are so huge you wonder how they stay in their skinny suit getups. For tablets, if you're willing to dish out the bucks, go with a Cintiq 12. As of now I think Wacom is the only company that produces LCD monitor tablets. If you can't afford it, the Intuos would be your next best. Best would be if you can try it in the store. It's harder than it looks to work with a tablet where you can't follow your lines on it.
