you just put a 24x24 8bit bmp in a folder called emblem in your ro directory..

And make sure the " Emblem " folder has a capital "E," and if you want some transparency on your emblem, try using the color :

#FF00FF

Make a brand new folder called "emblem" and then drag you're picture that you want as an emblem into that folder. make sure it's 24x24

Also make sure that the emblem is the correct file type. If it's something like .jpg, it won't load in game.
