In the Skoll card I made most of the clouds by hand, but I did include cloud brushes. I think there's one lens flare but most of the glowing is made with bright colors and the dodge tool. The wood effect in Puppetring is entirely handmade. Some were in game at the very beginning of the server but were then removed, and some have never been implemented, but hopefully they will be eventually for something custom :)
