Assassin Cross Dual-dagger Build

I want to make a non-PvP Assassin Cross that dual-wields daggers. Here's what I'd basically like to know about a build like this.

-Stats I Should Invest In

-Skills That Would Be Useful For This Build

-Weapons & Armor (Plus the cards that would go well with the daggers and armor.)

I'd also like to point out that I won't be using Katar's with this character.
