Forsaken Elite Forumer Posted August 25, 2009 Report Posted August 25, 2009 I've tried it too. Got 3 kiels and spammed SB, but I was only able to spam 3x SB at max. Lol. Same with AV for Clowns. So meaning 90% isn't enough yet? o.O

Then i suggest that make Mid items 2 Slots since Millenia said need 4 kiel to spam or 2 slot rucksacks Think of it if you use 4 Kiel just to spam SB's where do you put f.soldier? Millenia Posted August 25, 2009 Report Posted August 25, 2009 Nah, it used to be like this. Only 3 slots in total, no rucksacks. People did fine, it's just making a sacrifice to remove 1 kiel for maya p / fsold.
sessions Posted August 25, 2009 Report Posted August 25, 2009 You don't need 4 kiels for arrow vulcan spam.... Just expect carpal tunnel syndrome. Also 3 kiels does not equal 90% delay reduction. You apply the 30% reduction to the delay and then apply the next 30% reduction to the newly calculated delay and so on and so forth

I think Genesis said something before about skills being scattered throughout source files for the server, changing them may affect other skills along the way; so, we don't want to take any risks for that.
