Yeah, pretty much the whole time he was here he repeatedly drank and left for weeks at a time, my mum kicked him out alot too. One time they broke up and he used me to get to my mum, they get back together, then BOOM hes gone again. All I know is that he is in spain, since I contacted my grandfather on my dads side of my family who apparently tried taking me away from my mum when i was little, and he fed me a bunch of bullshit so i just dc anymore. it sucks but nothing ya can do. and when it happened it confused the fuck out of me because me and my dad were on good terms and shit, then it pisses me off when my bro/sis ask about him saying they want to see him. NO U DONT GUIZE.

I don't want to like preach or anything but I feel like sometimes it's nice to hear things from other people... that is confusing that he would leave when you guys were on good terms, but you have to remember that to leave in itself is completely selfish, and had nothing to do with you. I think it's better to try as hard as you can to not let it get to you, that's easy to say of course, but people are people and they're not perfect. This has just made you a stronger person. My Mum told me that my dad's mom/dad moved away while I was young and that he never spoke to them much after that, then just before he went my Mum suggested that he contact them because its his parents and all. She says that my dad was always one of those guys who NEED their mom, the attention, etcetc. so that's -apparently- why he left. I don't blame myself for anything that happened or do I think about it much so it doesn't affect me at all nowadays, I just will never understand how a person can leave behind 4 kids and not contact them. I hate how my Mum has to wait a certain ammount of years before she can divorce him without his consent. My Mum wants her bf to adopt us but to do that she needs my dads permission and my dads an asshole that way, and i doubt he's going to be happy knowing in the next week+ i'ma have a new brother.
