The only improvement I'd suggest would be stroking out the text to a background color to make it a little more readable. When the "M" in venom overlaps the character image, the letter outline is practically lost. But coming from one photoshop artist to another, it's nice to see you aren't using some psycho unreadable font. Font's don't have to look bad ass.
