Nick Posted May 12, 2009 Report Posted May 12, 2009 ~UPDATE~ Since we have such a fascinating configuration that doesn't allow renaming your own threads; let me rephrase. MORE WEIGHT LIMIT PLZ. Seriously, 80+ base str and I can carry 50 yggs? I can at least carry 100 on clown. I think we should deserve to carry at least 150+. Old post preserved: If gypsies get an HP boost it's only fair that profs and wizards get it too. Then I'll be able to survive asuras without having to.. *gasp shudder* switch cloaks. But yeah, in all seriousness, profs deserve an HP boost. My HP on prof is even worse than that on clown since I need the extra agi for aspd; and I carry less yggs too. I think an HP boost is in order, and the 30% neutral resist on sinx card sounds like a solid idea, even though it won't help profs that much. I'd even consider using skoll/skoll for the HP.

FUCK D.WARLORDS, PROFS COULD JUST SAFETY WALL, HIT THEIR OPPONENT, SAFETY WALL, HIT, REPEAT, UNTIL THEIR SHIELD STRIPS. BUT NO. THEY ARE NOT FINE AT ALL. GTB CAN NOT BE STRIPPED BECAUSE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! AND WORSE OF ALL WHEN THEY HAVE NO GTB MY BOLTS ONLY HIT 7K AND I SPAM REALLY FAST AND HAVE DOUBLE BOLT ON :(( AND 14K+ WITH VOLCANO/WEB LOCK. No other class MUST strip their opponent in order to...deal some damage. If it was that easy, everyone could just go d.warlord and coma...(and FDagger[d warlordx2+phreeonix2]+edge would become a very popular strategy)

I'm fully aware of FCP and this is why you have saftey wall / blinding mist until FCP fades away. You could also reflect that person, attempt to make a damage wep / annoyance wep, etc. It's not hard and I've played prof before and did just fine. The reason why magic classes are shoved to the side is because we can never have one thread without people QQing over GTB, so blame yourselves for that one. & excuse me, but my priest does jackshit damage against gtb users so be thankful you can deal 100k-200k bolts by clicking once. I agree on the weight limit but not on the HP boost.

It's not QQing, it's just stating facts; all magic class problems can be rooted to a single source. Just think logically and you'll see that it all ends there; would there be any complaints for any magic class if they could actually deal damage without having to make a parody battle build? Anyways, i still don't understand how people can find something like full magic immunity something fair...
