Miglet Posted May 11, 2009 Report Posted May 11, 2009 For players like me, the broadcaster is completely useless. People scream over it, offer to buy things I will enver have or want to sell, and offer to sell things for amounts of money that I will NEVER have. [how in the world do these people get 8 trillion zeny!? And why is that hat they're selling worth it!?] So I suggest the GMs add in a simple command to turn off/ignore broadcast messages, perhaps typeing in "@Broadcast" or "@nobc" to toggle broadcast messages on and off. It will SIGNIFIGANTLY reduce text clutter in my chat window, somehting players like me would greatly appreciate, as I'm a roleplayer and need my text window to be organized and free of weird messages and offers. If it's worth pointing out, my old server had one... The second is to add a "Smith Item" NPC to the shopping mall, perhaps next to the "Alchemest item" Merchant, where players can buy furnaces, hammers, and anvils much more easily then having to trek through the polluted blick puzzle of einbroch to find text-based purchases at unreasonable prices. As an added bonus, you could make the emperium anvil for sale, too, or perhaps create your own quest to obtain one? Thank you for your time. -Miglet

iMush Posted May 26, 2009 Report Posted May 26, 2009 u can choose to have the ladder bc thing appear on ur screen or not... u go to the npc that shows u the ladder stats(only works the first time u talk to him, from a new char or account) and he will ask u weather u wanna see the broadcast of the ladder..
Devotion Posted June 12, 2009 Report Posted June 12, 2009 Sadly your first suggestion is not possible. Your other suggestion is interesting, though. We'd need more input before we accept it :)
Devotion Posted July 16, 2009 Report Posted July 16, 2009 *sticky of approval* -Accepted- Though Genesis might wait until he remodels the mall, or moves it, to add this NPC.
