Hrist Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 First off, I'll warn you to never attempt this when you're 100% positive that you'll make your computer blow up. Okay, now that its said and done, lets continue. How do I edit my Frost jokes? 1. download THIS 2. Extract it anywhere, or just on your desktop. 3. Open your Gryff 1.1 SVN extractor that you just downloaded and search for your RO folder where you installed ForsakenRO. Now, click on fordata.grf (NOT data.grf) and search for ba_frostjoke.txt 4. Instead of replacing the original lines, copy the whole thing and make another ba_frostjoke.txt on another new notepad file and begin editing. When you're done making that copy (should have 182 lines or more), it should look like this. I made a Chuck Norris joke variation, so yeah. 5. Drag the new ba_frostjoke.txt on the gryff 1.1 SVN extractor and you should see the diskette thingy become visible. Click the diskette thingy as it should 'save' the whole thing. If your PC freezes during the repacking of the GRF, don't worry. It just temporary. When it is done saving the jokes, you can now log back into RO and enjoy your new jokes. Again, I am not responsible for any GRF errors. Do this at your own risk.
