RO was not made for high rates/donation.(nothing against it) They have donations on official RO you know that right? Except it isn't called donation, it's called kafra shop. Point is, donations / highrate doesn't necessarily cause the inflation. The inflation is caused by not having something to drain money eg. consumables from the kafra shop; or time-limited rental items. I suggest adding an NPC that will let you trade donation coupons against things like verters, edp tix, speed pots etc.
