um I think the main thing about that 30 stats hat is to vote... yet I still believe there should be a tradable Item that gives that effect

maybe add some requirement to make it more worth with vote award, or make new new year hat non-voting like angeling NYH/archangeling NYH/deviling NYH?

yes sir, old items can be "transform" continuously. example:

skoll hat [1],

1 garm hat (old items)

1 red ice wings (voting items)

? skoll skin/fang (new custom items same as fang of garm)

??? baby skoll card

etc
